Crossroads Together (formerly Carers Trust in Greater Manchester) is a registered charity based in Bolton which provides home care services to support carers of children, young adults, adults or older people, who have a physical or sensory disability, learning difficulty, who are chronically ill or have life limiting illnesses.
For over 30 years we have been dedicated to keeping families together by delivering high quality personal and medical care services in Bolton. We provide respite care through minimum one hour home visits, to allow full time carers to take a proper break.
